As we anxiously await the official announcement for Season 4 of Selling Sunset, we’ll have to fill our time with Netflix’s new reality show Million Dollar Beach House.

The 6-episode series, which dropped on the streaming platform today, follows five real estate agents from Nest Seekers International who work strictly in the affluent Hamptons area of Long Island, NY.

Bullet News

While the show only follows five of Nest Seekers’ 126 Hamptons Agents, there’s no shortage of drama, gossip and catfights to keep things interesting. Agents James Giugliano, J.B. Andreassi, Michael Fulfree, Noel Roberts and Peggy Zakakolas work together (sort of) to get these multi-million-dollar beach-front homes sold in just a few months.

Southampton native Giugliano is one of the brokerage’s most successful agents, while fellow Southampton native Andreassi is working on moving up the ranks.

Andreassi’s real-life best friend Fulfree is a Calvin Klein and Alexander McQueen high-fashion model turned real estate agent and first-time father with wife Samantha. The two welcome their first son, Luca, midway through the season.

One of the main storylines in Season 1 is the ongoing drama between Roberts and Zakakolas, who start butting heads from the very beginning.

Roberts, born and raised in Minnesota, got his start in the real estate game at a conference at a young age and never looked back. He’s called pompous, arrogant and phony by Zakakolas, a seasoned pro you may have seen previously on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York.

Houses range from seven to eight figures and are nothing short of jaw dropping with “more amenities than Disney World”. From traditional and historical to completely renovated and modern, almost all of them offering sweeping ocean-front views, there’s something for everyone across the Hamptons’ eight villages.

We get a taste of the ultra-luxury East Coast real estate game, but we’re definitely left wanting more. Lucky for us, the cast has already started talking about doing Season 2. Fingers crossed we’ll get to see more of what the brokerage has to offer.

According to the Nest Seekers website, the firm also has agents in cities like Manhattan, Los Angeles, Greenwich, Brooklyn, Queens, Miami, Palm Beach, San Francisco, London and Seoul.
